KorCare Ltd is a private, Specialised Residential Care Facility based in Teignmouth, Devon.

We provide individual holistic care for male and female clients who suffer from Korsakoff's Syndrome and have done so for the past 15 years.

KorCare Ltd - Aims

Our aim is to provide structured, therapeutic care to meet the needs of those clients who are suffering from alcohol dementia or Korsakoff's Disease. This care provision is to encompass those symptoms and conditions that are often allied to this condition i.e. epilepsy, depression, mobility problems, social isolation etc.

This is a specialist field and one which we have, in part, pioneered, in partnership with Social Services and Health Professionals, from all over the country. We hope to use the expertise and knowledge gained for the benefit of this client group and to continue to refine our services and expertise in a field where there is a dearth of provision and awareness.

We aim to offer a service that meets the best possible outcomes for the individual, whether diagnosed with Wernicke-Korsakoff's Disease or alcohol dementia.

We aim to offer holistic care i.e. to encompass physical, emotional, psychological, intellectual and spiritual needs.
